Job Description
We are seeking a devoted and seasoned Registered Nurse eager to shape a meaningful healthcare experience for older adults. As an RN Supervisor, you'll lead and inspire the nursing team, deliver top-notch healthcare, and contribute to a supportive environment for senior residents. Sub-acute experience is mandatory. The role involves overseeing nursing care, conducting assessments, collaborating with the team, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Current and valid New Jersey RN license
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements
- CPR and BLS certifications
- Flu vaccination required
