Requirements
- 12+ years of program and portfolio leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, financial services, or regulated industries
- Proven background as a project and program delivery leader, with direct hands-on experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream programs
- Deep expertise in modern delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Hybrid)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial and operational acumen
- Deep understanding of the challenges of delivering technology to banks and financial institutions within the Americas market
