Site Supervisor - North York

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team at Fer-Pal Infrastructure, a leading company in water-main rehabilitation services. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Project Managers, and clients to ensure safe and successful projects.

Requirements

• Work shifts are daily or nightly as required by the project
• Maintain and enforce all Health and Safety policies specific to the work, company, site and applicable jurisdictional laws
• Effectively communicate with Project Manager on daily activities, revenue, expenditures, and proactively forecast potential site issues
• Maintain order and safety of site and all workers/visitors to site
• Supervise, direct, coach, coordinate and plan activities of site personnel, sub-trades, and other contractors
• Proactively review project schedule, man-power availability and material availability frequently and report any concerns to the Project Manager and Operations Managers
• Manage and organize all required municipal and consultant inspections
• Complete deficiencies in a timely manner prior to demobilizing from site
• Attend daily/weekly site meetings as required
• Will be required to travel outside of the GTA and Province as required
