Job Description
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area, Barrie, and Peterborough areas. The Site Supervisor will ensure project compliance, coordinate subcontractors, conduct site inspections, and manage schedules.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Minimum 4 years Experience in project management and site supervision
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and quality
- Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft project, etc.)
- Experience with Procore management software (asset)
- Full knowledge of site health and safety requirements
- Degree or diploma in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Certifications in construction safety and project management (preferred)
