Fetch is looking for a Brand Designer to support the next wave of our B2C creative. In this role, you’ll concept and produce digital-first work that spans campaigns, social, paid media, CRM, and growth surfaces. You’ll take projects from idea to final execution, working quickly, iterating thoughtfully, and creating work that’s both visually strong and performance-minded.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand, digital, or social design within fast-paced creative environments.
- Strong visual craft with a portfolio that shows standout digital design, campaign thinking, and social-first storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma.
- Comfort experimenting with AI image tools (Midjourney or similar) to support visual exploration.
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, and channel-specific best practices for social and paid.
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing detail—comfortable prioritizing, versioning, and iterating.
- A plus if you have experience with basic motion skills and light video editing for social
