Business Performance Manager

Fever is looking for a Business Performance Manager to join their team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in operations and strategy, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related STEM field
• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python is a plus)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)
