Event Producer (Freelance/part-time)

Fever is looking for an experienced Event Producer to join the Fever Originals team on a freelance part-time basis. The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality live entertainment experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the event production industry
• Professional fluency in English + Arabic
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way
• Have an innovative mindset to identify cutting edge solutions in the production space
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations, and in managing detailed budgets
• Have a strong network of vendors and venues
• Understanding of technical production requirements
• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and familiarity with permitting processes
• Ability to manage teams and provide guidance to a team
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
