Fever is looking for a Senior Event Producer to lead the production of large experiences, manage multidisciplinary teams, and oversee event strategy. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in live events and/or experience production industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering results and producing entertaining experiences.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of event/project productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution
- Develop and manage event production budgets, optimize resources to achieve strategic goals, and identify revenue-generating opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, technical leads, designers, producers, and external partners
- Manage vendors and service providers throughout the entire planning and execution process and ensure delivery of quality services as per company standards
- Support relations and launch planning with the venue and third-party vendors and talents
- Source and manage the construction consultants and companies for venue remediation of permanent installations (i.e. architects, safety auditors, general contractors, technical providers, set fabricators, etc)
- Create and own production timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
- Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements, complete risk assessments where necessary, and be knowledgeable of local regulations and best practices
- Plan and execute all necessary preparations needed to schedule and pass all required inspections to obtain the Building Completion Certificate
- With support from the global team, prepare all operational documentation including life safety planning, emergency action plans, incident reporting procedures and logs, standard operating procedures, and signage matrix
- Source, negotiate, hire, and manage a local staffing agency that will arrange and procure all staffing needs as deemed appropriate by the Fever team
- With support from the global team, prepare all staff training materials and conduct thorough training for both management and event staff
- Plan and order all needed operational supplies required for show installation and run
- Oversee day-to-day production activities including milestone planning, asset tracking, risk assessment, and troubleshooting
- Ensure deliverables are met on time and at the highest quality, with a focus on audience engagement and innovation
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across all phases of production
- In-person oversight of the experience installation process including, point of contact for on-the-ground questions and decision-making, managing multiple vendors, attention to detail, and fine-tuning to produce a premium product
- Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts
