Managing Director, Financial Communications & Investor Relations - Houston

FGS Global is seeking a seasoned Managing Director to lead its Financial Communications group in Houston. The role involves advising clients on complex financial communications, investor relations strategies, and capital markets transactions, and driving business growth through new opportunities and existing client relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, investment banking, or the legal profession
• Deep understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, and regulatory environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience advising executives and managing complex client relationships
• Strong network within the financial and legal community
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under pressure
