Job Description
Goliath is seeking an FP&A Director to lead and scale financial planning efforts in the United States. The role involves driving growth, leading financial integration, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Own and lead the financial planning and analysis function for the U.S. market
- Act as a strategic business partner to the U.S. President, leadership team, and global CFO
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning aligned with business objectives
- Lead post-M&A financial integration, supporting systems, reporting, and performance alignment
- Analyse and present key financial insights to support decision making
- Build and refine models for profitability, investment cases, and scenario planning
- Excel the S&OP process and partner closely with operations
- Collaborate closely with Group Finance, Accounting and Commercial teams
