Job Description
Fidelity National Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Title Officer to join our team in either Louisville, KY or Nashville, TN. This is a fully onsite role supporting complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
Requirements
- Examine commercial title records
- Prepare and issue title commitments, preliminary title reports, and final title policies
- Identify title defects and proactively work to resolve them
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on title insurance and commercial real estate transactions
- Review and approve recorded documents
- Maintain organized and complete title files
- Act as liaison between underwriters, clients, and internal teams
- Stay informed on local title laws, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
