Job Description
As a Title Assistant, you will assist the title officer with various critical tasks during the process of opening, closing and recording real estate transactions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in title insurance, escrow, or real estate is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with legal documents.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title software (e.g., SoftPro, Smartview or similar) is required
