Job Description
Field Nation is seeking a Customer Support Enablement Associate to ensure their internal teams have the necessary training and tools to efficiently execute processes. This role focuses on updating knowledge platforms, creating training materials, analyzing process improvements, and maintaining support metrics. The position requires strong communication skills and a passion for improving the customer support experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a role focused on training, knowledge management, technical writing, and/or customer service enablement.
- Previous experience developing and documenting internal policy/processes.
- Exceptional English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
