The Field Service Coordinator organizes mobilization and demobilization of NAM craft employees, ensuring timely arrival to and from job sites, and reconciles project travel costs.
Requirements
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of field employees
- Manage logistics details related to mobs and de-mobs
- Reconcile project travel costs
- Coordinate vendor quotes and requisitions
- Upload invoices related to T&L expenses
- Initiate requests in the GE Travel Advisory System
- Coordinate mobilizations and demobilizations for conferences, trainings, and work-out events
- Arrange ground transportation for field employees
- Support contingent Craft Employees with Concur reimbursements
- Coordinate the delivery of EPP, credit cards, IT equipment and Immigration/legal documents
- Responsible of follow up on documentation for field employees
- Support field employees with filling and submitting formats or applications for visas or work permits
- Lead and coordinate daily calls to track documentation status
- Tracking and updating standard documentation for all field employees
- Coordinates Third-party vendors Document Delivery
- Support craft employees with cash payments of visas or work permits
- Support resource managers with onboarding of craft employees
