Job Description
Fieldguide is seeking Software Engineers to join their growing team. The role involves building AI agents that augment and automate audit workflows, working across the full stack from design to production. Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production code
- Familiarity with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic patterns
- Writing maintainable, well-tested, and observable code
- Sound judgment around tradeoffs, reliability, and performance in AI systems
- Ability to scope, prioritize, and deliver work that moves business outcomes
