Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a full-cycle in-house technical recruiter
• Solid understanding of engineering, product, and design roles in a product-focused SaaS startup
• Experience hiring engineers building agentic/generative AI products is highly preferred
• Proficiency in recruiting metrics
• Experience negotiating offers, including equity packages
