Job Description
We’re looking for a highly strategic, globally mobile, and execution-oriented individual to join Fieldwire as a GTM Strategy Manager. This role is central to Fieldwire’s ambition to build best-in-class sales and customer success processes—benchmarked against the top 10% of B2B SaaS companies.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in strategy consulting
- Proven success in GTM transformation or digital enablement in B2B SaaS
- Experience with digitization projects in manufacturing or construction is a plus
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills
- High learning agility and analytical thinking
- International mobility and willingness to relocate
- Ambition to grow into sales leadership roles
Benefits
- Estimated salary range: $145,000 - 178,000
- Eligible for corporate bonus up to 20%
