Job Description
Hilti Fieldwire, Inc. is hiring a Sales Development Manager for its affiliate in South Africa. This role focuses on the digital transformation of the construction industry, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of software and services to prospective clients. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales function and/or in a project management function within the construction industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset and solution oriented
- Enjoyment of consulting customers digitally and by phone (if necessary also on site)
- Demonstrable track record of achieving goals
- Ability to use feedback in a positive and effective way
- Confident demeanor, empathy and effective communication to create a shared understanding with customers
