Job Description
Figma is seeking a Product Manager to join their Creation Engine pillar, which powers core features across all Figma products. This role focuses on optimizing the platform data model, collaboration infrastructure, and AI integration to create a seamless user experience. The PM will drive performance improvements, translate technical concepts, and guide product strategy and collaboration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
- Strong technical background with understanding of version control systems, distributed systems, or real-time collaboration technologies
- Experience building internal APIs, developer platforms, and foundational systems
