Product Manager, Sites

Figma is looking for a Product Manager to help own the next chapter of Figma Sites as we move from public beta to general availability. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives at the intersection of design, development, and innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex, user-facing products
• Deep understanding of web creation — you’ve worked on tools that help people design, build, or publish to the web
• Strong product sense and technical fluency; you’re comfortable navigating discussions across design systems, code architecture, and AI workflows
• Proven ability to set ambitious strategies, influence other teams, and execute against company-level goals
• A knack for execution — you’re organized, pragmatic, and can keep cross-functional teams focused on impact
• A builder’s mindset and empathy for creators of all levels, from professional designers to first-time site builders
