Job Description
Figure is an AI robotics company developing humanoid robots with human-level intelligence. They are seeking a Hands Integration Engineer to integrate the dexterous hand subsystem into the full humanoid robot, working closely with various engineering teams. The role involves ensuring robust and high-performance hand solutions and reliable robot hands for deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working on robotic or electromechanical systems with a focus on actuation, manipulation or integration
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for embedded development and diagnostics
- Proven experience integrating sensors, and control tuning of motion systems
- Strong understanding of mechanics, kinematics, controls, dynamics and sensor technologies
- Familiarity with Linux‐based development environments
- Skilled with lab equipment for validation and software debugging
- Resilient and effective in fast-paced, challenging environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Controls Engineering, Robotics or a related field
