Filevine is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the strategic vision, growth, and performance of Filevine's BDR organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned builder who can scale teams, processes, and technology to support Filevine's high-growth trajectory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of BDR/SDR leadership experience, including 2+ years managing global or multi-region teams
- Proven success building, scaling, and leading high-performing BDR organizations in high-growth SaaS environments
- Deep proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
- Strong analytical, operational, and strategic planning skills with a demonstrated ability to manage through data and optimize performance
- Experience developing outbound strategies, playbooks, and GTM motions aligned with revenue goals
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline managers while building scalable leadership pipelines
- Strong communication skills, including confident executive-level presentation and cross-functional influence
- Successful track record collaborating across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to drive unified GTM outcomes
