Manager, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing

Finance of America is seeking a Manager, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing to lead the growth of the affiliate lead acquisition channel and build a brand-new influencer marketing stream. The role involves managing relationships with key affiliate partners, negotiating terms, tracking performance, and ideating creative strategies to scale volume. The successful candidate will also manage the launch, pilot, and scale of the influencer program, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer marketing roles
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising a team
• Demonstrated success managing affiliate programs, optimizing acquisition through third-party lead partnerships, and launching new marketing channels
• Strong negotiation, contract, and relationship management skills
• Hands-on experience with performance tracking, lead quality analytics, attribution models, and fraud monitoring tools
