Job Description
Financeit is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales volume within a defined territory in Alberta. This B2B role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new leads, and collaborating with internal partners to drive growth. The position requires a seasoned sales professional comfortable with cold calling and a strong understanding of financing technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with hands-on direct sales and relationship management.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing successful business-to-business (B2B) sales and service relationships.
- Experience in consumer lending, SaaS, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience in using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
- Post-secondary degree would be considered an asset.
- Must be located in Alberta.
- Vehicle required with a valid driver's license.
