HR & Payroll Officer

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can take ownership of HR and payroll processes in AFAS, build a modern HR department, and improve processes in a dynamic scale-up culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience (from 2 years) in salary administration
• Eye for process improvement and the drive to organize things more smartly
• Independence: you take matters on your own initiative and know how to prioritize
• Experience with AFAS is a plus, or you can learn it quickly through our training
• Good command of the Dutch language (English is a nice plus)

Benefits

• Salary between €2850,- and €4000,- based on 40 hours
• A 24- to 28-hour working week
