Job Description
Finexio is a fintech company revolutionizing B2B payments with secure electronic solutions. They are hiring a Client Operations Sr. Manager to manage operational functions, enhance processes, and improve client onboarding and implementation. This role requires a data-driven mindset and strong process optimization skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in payments, treasury, AP/AR fintech, or payment processing operations.
- Deep understanding of B2B payments and money movement workflows.
- Proven experience optimizing operational workflows through SOP creation, automation, and standardization.
- Experience overseeing and improving client onboarding and implementation programs in a SaaS or platform environment.
- Familiarity with fund reconciliation processes, treasury management, and financial risk mitigation.
- Strong leadership & process optimization skills.
