Job Description
Finexio is seeking a Client Operations Sr. Manager to oversee the performance and scalability of operations, driving improvements and ensuring client satisfaction. This hands-on, functional management role will lead cross-functional teams, focusing on process discipline, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and client onboarding. The role requires a blend of process rigor, data-driven insights, and experience in the payments industry.
Requirements
- Industry & Functional Background
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in payments, treasury, AP/AR fintech, or payment processing operations
- Deep understanding of B2B payments and money movement workflows
- Proven experience optimizing operational workflows through SOP creation, automation, and standardization
- Experience overseeing and improving client onboarding and implementation programs in a SaaS or platform environment
- Familiarity with fund reconciliation processes, treasury management, and financial risk mitigation
- Strategic problem solver capable of identifying bottlenecks and driving implementation with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to navigate fast-changing environments with agility and resilience
- High attention to detail, especially in regulated financial environments
