Job Description
Finexio is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and convert high-quality prospects into their sales pipeline. This role requires expertise in demand generation, email marketing, SEO, and data analytics to optimize lead flow and maximize conversion rates. The ideal candidate will own the entire lead generation process from awareness to qualified leads, working closely with sales to ensure lead quality and performance.
Requirements
- Design and launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social media, and content syndication platforms.
- Create compelling gated content including whitepapers, webinars, demos, and assessments.
- Build and manage sophisticated lead nurturing workflows using email HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Execute and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and refine lead scoring models and analyze conversion funnels.
- Conduct systematic testing of landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics including lead volume, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and lead quality scores.
- Collaborate with sales to gather feedback and refine ideal customer profiles.
