Asset Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Asset Manager (m/f/d) in full-time. Your tasks include asset management, coordination of external service providers, and development of sustainable object and asset strategies for long-term value appreciation.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, real estate or a comparable education
• First work experience in the real estate industry, in the field of collectibles or in the financial industry is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
• Secure appearance and negotiation skills towards internal and external stakeholders
• Structured, proactive, and self-responsible working style, as well as excellent communication and team skills
• Very good knowledge of German and good English skills in word and writing
