Intern / Student Investment Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Intern/Student Investment Management (m/w/d) in full-time at Finexity Invest GmbH. As an intern, you will support the control of current income and expenses, documentation, coordination, and evaluation of maintenance, repair, and service measures, and participate in the commercial management of SPVs. You will also create regular Soll-Ist comparisons, maintain and develop internal tools and Excel dashboards, and conduct research and benchmark analyses.

Requirements

• Study in the field of economics, finance, real estate, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, self-reliant way of working
• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in asset investments, financial models, and operational asset management
• High level of reliability, self-initiative, and good understanding of financial relationships
