Job Description
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for providing quality customer service to Finger Lakes Community Health patients and serves as a resource and guide.
Requirements
- High School or Equivalency Diploma
- Prior experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Valid New York State driver’s license
- OSHA Level II
