Job Description
The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and contacting patients to schedule appointments with Finger Lakes Community Health Clinical Staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English
- OSHA Level 3 certification
