Service Planner

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical service, parts, warranty, or repair
• Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to manage complex interactions
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Finning/CAT product lines and repair processes
• Project management experience; PMP or Blue Seal certification is an asset
• Financial acumen for estimating accuracy and job profitability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and relevant software platforms
