Service Planner

Join Finning’s Service Operations team as a Service Planner and manage complex repair and rebuild projects from intake to completion. This role offers opportunities to apply project management and technical expertise in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in technical service, parts, warranty, or repair is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to manage complex interactions.
• Project management experience; PMP or Blue Seal certification is an asset.
• Financial acumen for estimating accuracy and job profitability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and relevant software platforms.
• Flexibility to support other facilities in-person within the region.
