Job Description
FinThrive is seeking a Prior Authorization and FHIR Integration Specialist to build payer relationships, identify payer requirements, and ensure successful payer connections. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expert knowledge of healthcare prior authorizations and notice of admission processes, as well as experience working with EDI transactions and Da Vinci FHIR standards.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert knowledge of healthcare prior authorizations and notice of admission processes
- 2+ years of experience working with prior authorization submissions and status to payers and UMOs
- Knowledge of Da Vinci FHIR and ability to become a Da Vinci FHIR subject matter expert
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems
- Ability to train others and share knowledge across teams
