Job Description
The Vice President of Clearinghouse Services is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for FinThrive's clearinghouse operations, ensuring seamless transaction processing, payer connectivity, and vendor management across a global team. This role has a direct impact on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Drive the strategic vision and business plan for FinThrive's clearinghouse services
- Lead global clearinghouse operations across production, payer support, insurance clearinghouse (ICH) support, and payer relations
- Establish and expand direct payer connections and trading partner relationships
- Negotiate contracts and volume-based pricing with payers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other regulatory requirements
- Monitor transaction volumes, payer rates, and vendor costs
- Oversee technology modernization initiatives
- Represent FinThrive at healthcare industry events and association meetings
- Develop and mentor a high-performing global team of professionals
