Job Description
Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Director to manage growth within its US Enterprise sales team, focusing on the Banking sector. The role involves building relationships with banks and financial institutions, prospecting new opportunities, and updating the CRM. They are the industry-leading digital asset infrastructure technology company responsible for 15% of all crypto transactions and serve over 2000 institutional customers.
Requirements
- Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into financial services and/or TradFi
- Understanding of how Banks operate across the enterprise
- Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Experience formalizing and supporting co-sell motion in working with technology partners
- Track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales
- Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
- Willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities
- Thrives in a team-selling environment
- Strong understanding of both digital assets and cryptocurrencies
