The Marketing Operations Manager ensures Firestone Walker’s marketing plans move smoothly from strategy to execution, supporting Brand, Creative, Digital, and Trade teams by organizing work, coordinating resources, and maintaining clear timelines so campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives are delivered on time and ready for market.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or integrated campaign coordination
- Experience in CPG, beverage, lifestyle, or creative driven organizations preferred
- Familiarity with marketing campaign development and creative production processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Working experience with project management and collaboration SaaS platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike, Airtable, or similar tools
- Familiarity with cloud based file systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint)
- Working knowledge of communication tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
