McLane Global is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, data, and workflows that help marketing run efficiently and scale effectively.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, or marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience building dashboards and reports
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in B2B / SaaS environments
- Familiarity with attribution models and funnel analytics
- SQL, BI tools, or advanced spreadsheet skills preferred
- Experience managing vendors or external agencies
