Job Description
First American Bank is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to join our Retail Banking department. The successful candidate will be a sales professional who is a subject matter expert in retail banking products and services, and will be responsible for leading sales, relationship building, retail lending, and compliance.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- College degree in business or related field (plus)
- Comprehensive training and professional development
- Minimum of two years of personal banking experience
- Proven track record of sales and customer service experience
- Ability to handle cash transactions and proficient in working with US currency
- General understanding of consumer and mortgage lending
- Prior leadership experience (preferred)
