Program Manager (Remote)

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to design, develop, and execute large-scale programs with measurable results
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail
• Skilled communicator with strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and solve problems proactively and independently
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project
• Leadership skills to influence without authority and inspire collaboration across teams
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
