Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager III to handle multi-faceted relationships, generate loans, deposits, and fees, and effectively cross-sell products. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relationship/account management experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a strong consultative sales approach.
Requirements
- Develops new and expands existing client relationships
- Grows and maintains a profitable book of business
- Analyzes personal and financial data to deepen current client relationships
- Qualifies prospects and determines credit worthiness
- Prepares and oversees loan approval forms
- Negotiates loan terms and conditions
- Monitors credit quality and performance
- Refers loans to loan committee for approval
- Promotes and cross-sells other products and services
