Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Commercial Relationship Manager I to develop and expand client relationships, grow and maintain a profitable book of business, and achieve individual and market goals. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of proven relationship/account management experience selling banking products, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to generate new business through a consultative sales approach.

- Develops new and expands existing client relationships
- Grows and maintains a profitable book of business
- Develops a comprehensive understanding of client's needs
- Qualifies prospects by collecting and analyzing financial and related data
- Prepares and oversees the completion of the loan approval requirements
- Responsible for portfolio management
- Actively participates and represents First Financial Bank in various community, civic and professional organizations
