Job Description
FIRST is seeking a Corporate Event Project Lead to collaborate with the team manager on a dedicated account, understanding the client's strategy and providing on-the-ground insights. The role involves managing multiple initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and supporting both team and P&C. The ideal candidate will lead teams and demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years’ event management experience, preferably in the financial services industry or a corporate environment
- People management experience
- Advanced experience of events and conferences
- Experience with venue sourcing
- Experience with event and registration technology (Cvent, Dealogic)
- Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, Webex, On24)
- Extensive experience in working with and managing senior clients
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced project management skills
