Project Manager, Corporate Events

FIRST is seeking a Project Manager to serve as a Brand Experience Agent within a Solutions account for a Financial Services company. The role involves planning, executing, and managing key events – both virtual and in-person, including client-facing, content creation, digital technology, and data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and creative problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ event coordination experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment
• Experience in events, conferences, meeting and production management
• Experience working with and managing senior clients
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Willingness to help mentor junior team members or train new joiners
• Strong client management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ambitious, proactive and highly organized
• Willingness to travel to various locations for site-visits
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
