Job Description
FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency seeking an Event Technology Manager to represent the First brand within a Solutions account for a Fintech company. The role involves managing event registration, technology integration, data management, and collaborating with the event delivery team to ensure successful event implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in event technology and attendee management, ideally with Cvent or similar platforms.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Event Technology and Attendee Management
- Cvent FLEX Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficient programming skills of HTML and CSS
- Strong proficiency with registration website platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Certain, Qualtrics)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extensive industry knowledge
- Client management skills
- Strong ability to create best practice
- Motivated, self-starter
