Job Description
We are hiring an Analyst, Commercial Asset Management! Reporting to Associate Director and Team Lead, Commercial Asset Management. Full-time position with a salary range of $49,600 - $74,400.
Requirements
- Obtain, review and analyze financial information and requirements to ensure loan criteria is valid with no material adverse changes
- Manage assigned mortgage portfolio proactively to ensure that all required conditions for commercial mortgages are fulfilled and to satisfaction of investors and CMHC
- Assess, review and provide recommendations for mortgage related approvals to senior management and investors on financial findings and/or clients requests
