Maintenance Manager

First Quality is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its First Quality Tissue facility in Defiance, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance processes and developing a strong relationship with the Production team.

Requirements

• Leads and develops safe work culture through adhering to and maintaining all company safety rules, policies, and standards.
• Develops salaried and hourly maintenance personnel to ensure bench strength.
• Conducts performance appraisals, performance improvement and coaching of both salaried and hourly personnel.
• Analyzes operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance related metrics.
