Maintenance Manager I

First Quality is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Tissue facility in Lock Haven, PA. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the maintenance processes and ensuring a safe work culture.

Requirements

• Leads and develops safe work culture
• Ensures coaching, discipline, recognition, and handling of situations is consistent with HR policy
• Develops salaried and hourly maintenance personnel to ensure bench strength
• Conducts performance appraisals and performance improvement and coaching of both salaried and hourly personnel
• Utilizes and promotes the usage of the CMMS system
• Promotes growth of maintenance team by providing leadership in the development and implementation of root cause analysis, precision maintenance techniques, preventive maintenance programs, and reliability improvements
• Analyzes operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance related metrics
• Champions the availability and reliability of our assets using effective predictive maintenance, maintenance planning and scheduling, and effective repair techniques
• Interfaces with Production, Engineering, Human Resources, Purchasing, Stores, and Utilities departments
• Develops and maintains staffing plans to meet business requirements
• Develops and delivers maintenance budgets
