Job Description
We are seeking a Shift Maintenance Supervisor to supervise, direct, and coordinate the training and work of all maintenance personnel in Macon, GA.
Requirements
- Observe all safety rules and use proper safety equipment at all times
- Follow necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate all maintenance processes and training of maintenance personnel
- Prepare and conduct performance evaluations for all maintenance personnel
- Administer disciplinary actions when required
- Assign and monitor progress of assigned work or projects
- Promote team atmosphere within the group
- Assist with troubleshooting of all machinery, equipment, and components when required
- Share knowledge with team members to promote a high skill level in the group
- Contact outside vendors for special projects when required
- Prepare reports and updates in a clear and concise manner
